ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the Buyer and the Seller , whose information is given below, at https://satunabags.com The sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the website are regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant legislation.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This Agreement is between BUYER and https://www.satunabags.com It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which is ordered electronically through the website.

Product/Material information, sales price, and delivery information are reviewed by the BUYER prior to ordering and are included in the order form. The preliminary information form , distance sales agreement , and order details on the order page are considered integral parts of this agreement.

ARTICLE 3 – ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. BUYER, https://www.satunabags.com When the purchase request is created on the website and the payment is completed, the person is deemed to have accepted this agreement electronically.

3.2. The SELLER is obligated to notify the BUYER that the order has been confirmed via e-mail or SMS. If the order is not confirmed by the SELLER or if there is insufficient stock, the order may be canceled. In this case, the BUYER's payment will be refunded within 10 business days using the same payment method.

3.3. The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery problems that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete information.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS

4.1. Products are sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER when ordering. Deliveries are made through courier companies contracted by the SELLER.

4.2. Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During promotional periods and busy periods, this period may extend up to 5 business days .

4.3. If the product packaging is damaged during cargo delivery, the BUYER must have a report drawn up by the cargo officer before accepting the delivery . The SELLER is not responsible for damaged products received without a report.

4.4. If the BUYER is not at the address or does not accept the delivery, the notification form left by the cargo company will be taken into account. The SELLER is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to undelivered cargo.

4.5. International deliveries are made within 7-14 business days , depending on the BUYER's country. Delays that may arise due to customs procedures are not the SELLER's responsibility.

ARTICLE 5 – PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT

5.1. Product price and shipping costs are transparently notified to the BUYER at the time of ordering and payment will not be made without approval.

5.2. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or online payment systems . If the cash on delivery option is active, this will be stated separately on the product page.

5.3. Payments are processed securely by the official payment infrastructure with which the Seller has an agreement . The Seller does not record or display the card information used during payment.

5.4. SELLER reserves the right to cancel and update orders of BUYER resulting from incorrect price display or system error.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. In accordance with the regulations regarding distance selling contracts , the BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

6.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER within this period. Notification can be sent to info@satunabags.com can be made via e-mail to the address.

6.3. The product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be sent in its original packaging , with its labels intact, in a condition suitable for resale and with all accessories, if any.

6.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are used, damaged or cannot be resold due to hygiene rules.

6.5. The shipping cost of the product returned under the right of withdrawal is the responsibility of the BUYER . If the product is defective or incorrectly sent, the shipping cost will be covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 7 – RETURN CONDITIONS AND REFUND

7.1. The product to be returned must be sent to the return address specified by the SELLER within 14 days from the delivery date.

7.2. After the product reaches the SELLER, it is checked to ensure that it is unused and suitable for resale . The inspection period is a maximum of 3 business days .

7.3. Once the return is approved, the product price will be refunded within 7 business days at the latest via the bank or payment method used by the BUYER.

7.4. SELLER is not responsible for delays in bank refund transactions. The refund process may take up to 10 business days depending on the bank.

7.5. The same return conditions apply to promotional or discounted products. If there is a promotional gift item, it must be returned along with the return.

ARTICLE 8 – CHANGE CONDITIONS

8.1. The BUYER may request a size/color change for the product they purchased. The exchange period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

8.2. For a replacement request, the product must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale .

8.3. Shipping costs incurred during the exchange process are the responsibility of the BUYER . However, if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.

8.4. If the product to be exchanged is not in stock, a coupon can be assigned to the BUYER or a refund can be made .

ARTICLE 9 – DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

9.1. If there is any damage or manufacturing defect in the package or product when the product is received, the BUYER must notify the SELLER of the situation within 48 hours at the latest .

9.2. Photos and videos may be requested when reporting a defective product. Once the defect is detected, the right of exchange or refund will be exercised.

9.3. In case of damage caused by cargo, the BUYER is obliged to have the cargo officer draw up a report before receiving the product.

9.4. In case of defective products, shipping costs are covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 10 – WARRANTY AND PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

10.1. The products sold by Satuna Bags are classified as accessories and fashion items . Therefore, these products are not covered by any legal warranty .

10.2. The lifespan of products may vary depending on usage, frequency of use, and storage conditions. Overloading, scratching, wear, or user errors are not covered by the warranty .

10.3. Product care instructions are specified in the care card sent with the order. SELLER is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or chemical application.

ARTICLE 11 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)

11.1. Personal data shared by the BUYER during the order will be processed and stored in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 , the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and relevant legislation.

11.2. SELLER uses BUYER's personal data only for order processing, delivery, and customer support purposes. It will not be shared with third parties , sold, or used for commercial purposes.

ARTICLE 12 – FORCE MAJEURE

12.1. Circumstances that occur beyond the control of the SELLER and prevent it from fulfilling its contractual obligations, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorist acts, social movements, epidemics, official decisions, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, are considered force majeure .

12.2. The SELLER cannot be held responsible in case of failure to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract due to force majeure.

12.3. In such a case, the SELLER will notify the BUYER of the situation and the order will be temporarily suspended or canceled and the payment will be refunded.

ARTICLE 13 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from this contract.

13.2. BUYER may submit his/her complaints and objections through the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts .

13.3. In case of any dispute, the parties will primarily seek conciliation .

ARTICLE 14 – ENFORCEMENT

14.2. This contract shall enter into force as soon as the order is confirmed.
