1. Product and Service Information

The basic specifications of the purchased products are listed on the product description page. Each product is prepared and shipped according to the specifications specified at the time of ordering.

2. Sales Price and Payment Terms

Product sales prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TL) and include all taxes. Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods.

3. Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made via a courier company . Orders are generally delivered within 1-3 business days . Shipping costs are stated on the checkout page and are collected upon customer approval.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The right of withdrawal and the return process are explained in the Distance Sales Agreement.

5. Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Custom-made products

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

  • Used or unfit for resale products

6. Return Conditions

The product to be returned must be sent with its original packaging and invoice . Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for returns excluding those subject to the right of withdrawal.
